Payment Security (Call-to-Pay)
Furalia operates a call-to-pay model. Payment is coordinated directly between the customer and our verified merchant team after order submission.
Important: Our website does not request, capture, or store credit card numbers, CVVs, banking passwords, or mobile money PINs. Never share your mobile wallet PIN with anyone, including Furalia personnel.
Data Retention & Access
We retain order and warranty records as required to honor manufacturer warranty periods and comply with statutory accounting and tax regulations in Tanzania. We do not sell or rent customer data to third-party marketing networks.
