2. Order Submission & Payment Policy

Furalia operates a call-to-pay model. Submitting an order through checkout generates an unpaid order reservation and an official order reference number.

• Not Proof of Payment: Generating an order confirmation or receiving an order notification is not proof of payment.
• Payment Verification: Customers must call Furalia and quote their order reference to arrange payment. Dispatches occur strictly after funds are received and verified.
• Unpaid Orders: Orders that remain unpaid or unconfirmed within 48 hours may be automatically canceled to return stock to available inventory.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Availability

All prices on the Furalia storefront are displayed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are inclusive of statutory baseline pricing rules. While we endeavor to maintain real-time catalog accuracy, catalog quotes are subject to final supplier verification prior to payment confirmation.

4. Delivery & Risk of Loss

Standard delivery is restricted to the Dar es Salaam metropolitan area at a fixed rate of TZS 10,000. Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon physical handover and signature at the agreed delivery destination.

5. Warranty & Return Policy

Returns are strictly handled through formal warranty claims for hardware defects and manufacturing faults. Change-of-mind returns are not permitted. Please review our complete Returns & Warranty Policy.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute arising from an order shall be resolved through amicable merchant mediation or subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tanzania.
